Klavdi is an exceptional landscape designer! My husband and I were in the middle of building a pool in our backyard when we reached out to Klavdi for help. We had several elements in mind – pool, deck, sauna, shed, trampoline and lots of plants of course – but felt overwhelmed with putting it all together. Klavdi jumped in to assist and created a detailed garden design that not only incorporated our elements beautifully and seamlessly, but also included features and ideas that took our outdoor space from ordinary to extraordinary. We now have an incredibly beautiful front and back yard that brings my family joy every day. Honestly, it’s stunning. Klavdi’s talent, creativity, knowledge and vision went far beyond our expectations. On top of that, he was extremely professional and a delight to work with. Thank you, Klavdi, for designing our dream garden. We absolutely love it!!!

Klavdi did an incredible job designing our landscape. We put in a pool, hot tub, retaining walls, and a beautiful garden. Klavdi truly listened to what we wanted and created a beautiful space for us. He worked with the lay of the land so we were able to maintain much of the beautiful, mature garden while adding in new plants that beautifully complimented and worked well with what we had existing. We now have a massive green space, a pool and hot tub, a beautiful pressed porcelain deck and a luscious garden. Our outdoors is a true oasis. I would suggest Klavdi to anyone looking for a clean, beautiful, classic design.

Working with Klavdi Kukovic as the designer of our back and front gardens has been a delightful experience. He was very responsive to all our concerns and wishes, helped us visualize the design, worried (appropriately) about getting strata approval, and produced a set of drawings that have made us the envy of the neighborhood. He accompanied the construction process to ensure that everything was going according to the design, and on his several inspection trips was inevitably punctual. We think the result is worthy of a prize! And not least, his fees were reasonable.

Klavdi is a very thorough professional. He had a very good understanding of what we wanted to achieve with our project spatially and aesthetically. He kept in touch with us, was attentive to details, organized several bids, and followed through with the contractor and trades frequently during the work phase. He was also our advocate if we questioned pricing. The project was finished on time and on budget and the result is just what we envisioned. 

Klavdi Kukovic of Vancouver Garden Design recently designed a beautiful garden for my 887 sq. ft wrap around riverside condo patio and garden. His plan was meticulously developed with many different views. And when I could not proceed to find all of the recommended plants because of a serious family illness, he sourced them all for me and together we picked them up. He has created a garden that I will live with and love for many, many years. I feel that his prices were very fair, he was exceptionally reliable, and executed everything in a very short time frame. I greatly appreciate his knowledge, skill, professionalism, and especially his kindness during a very difficult personal time for me.

I have been told that it is difficult for garden designers to possess all the skills necessary to be a great designer. However, Klavdi hones many of these skills. His respect for the history of garden design and his frequent travels to remarkable international gardens are evident in his designs. The ability to present these designs in such a professional manner minimises the stress in the decision making process. His knowledge of plants and their maintenance is irreplaceable. Respect for our budget and time was apparent throughout the development and it felt very comforting during some high stressful periods to have Klavdi at my side. He is a true professional. As someone who was hesitant to hire a garden and landscape designer in the beginning, I have not for a moment regretted our decision to use Klavdi for our project. The experience of working with Klavdi was most enjoyable, educational and ultimately rewarding. Klavdi began by listening carefully to what I would like to see in my garden and with his extensive knowledge of design and plants he worked up a most satisfactory plan. 
The total process included extensive consultation, detailed drawings of the plant locations and an animated illustration of the final look of the garden. At the end I was presented with a maintenance schedule for the year which is most helpful for me, a neophyte to gardening. The garden was completed in a timely manner and Klavdi was always dependable, punctual and most pleasant to work with. I now have a wonderful garden I can brag about and enjoy. If one were asked to grade him he would receive an A+.

Klavdi's exceeded our expectations. His knowledge, attention to detail, ability to capture our vision and make informed recommendations are exceptional. He also provided more than we asked for while being considerate of our limited budget.
